Hitters Black 2032 Are Wilson A2000 Memorial Day Champs

Hitters Black 2032 crossed the plate for the 15th time and then the dugout erupted! After grinding through another packed tournament schedule and stacking up five straight wins, Hitters Black had earned every second of that moment. Their 15-7 championship victory over Team Elite IL capped off a dominant run at the Primetime Wilson A2000 Memorial Day Championships at Inwood Sports Complex in Joliet.

The biggest punch came early — and it came fast.

Hitters exploded for 10 runs through the first two innings, turning the title game into a track meet before everyone had settled into their seats. The first inning started with pressure everywhere. Jett Q got things rolling, Camden D ripped an RBI double, Matthew G helped produce another run, Ryan R stayed aggressive on the bases before scoring, Jordan T drove in a run, Kaeden M lined an RBI single, and Ethan S followed with a base hit of his own as the lineup refused to slow down.

Then came the second inning avalanche.

Mason H opened the rally with a double before Drew G ripped an RBI single. Jett smashed a triple into the gap, Camden delivered again with another RBI hit, Matthew worked a patient at-bat, and Ryan lined a two-run single to center that stretched the lead even further. Even outs were productive, with Christian D, Kaeden, and others keeping innings alive and applying pressure.

Team Elite pushed back in the middle innings, but Hitters never lost control. Drew took the ball and delivered key innings, striking out four while attacking the zone. Abel A stepped in later to help close things out and keep the championship within reach.
The lineup contributions stretched everywhere. Joey G flashed leather at shortstop and worked important plate appearances. Riley S reached base, played strong defense in left, and stayed involved throughout. Ethan kept finding ways aboard, Jordan reached safely multiple times and produced runs, while Kaeden contributed at the plate and in the field. Matthew, Camden, Jett, Mason, Ryan, Christian, Joey, Drew, Abel, and the rest of the group turned the weekend finale into one more statement performance.

And this championship wasn’t built in one game. It was the final chapter of a long weekend full of tough opponents, packed schedules, and a team that somehow kept finding another gear every time it mattered.
