How long does the whole process take?

After placing your order, it takes 10 minutes to upload your photos and answer the article questions. You will receive your article preview within 24 hours. Once you approve the design, shipping takes 2-3 business days. 

I want more than one of the same type of article, but each with different content. How do I order this?

Place an order for the number of articles you want, and complete the design process the same number of times.

How do I bulk order more than one of the same article?

Use the code BULK at checkout to receive bulk discounts on 10+ of the same article.

What is the frame quality like?

We use solid wood frames with optical-grade clear acrylic. Framed prints are assembled and cleaned by hand. 

How long does shipping take?

Your article ships within 3 business days after your final approval. From there, FedEx/UPS typically takes between 2-5 business days.

Do you accept returns?

You may return your article if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

What if I do not approve my article?

You have as much time as you need to make changes to any part of your article, including the photos, headlines, article text, and callout boxes. We will not print your article until your final approval. If you are not satisfied with your article proof, we will refund your purchase.
