The lineup just kept swinging. Kaisey B. just kept dealing. By the fifth inning, Fusion had piled up 10 hits, seven runs and a 7-1 victory over Diamond Gems 14u-Orange behind a complete team performance that felt like it belonged to them almost from the jump.

The first punch landed with two outs.

Madeline R. reached, and Arianna S. absolutely smoked a double into center to bring home the opening run. It wasn't a huge inning. It didn't have to be. Fusion had announced it was coming, and the pressure never disappeared.

The second inning turned that pressure into a wave.

Even when Diamond Gems finally scratched across a run in the fifth, Fusion didn’t blink. Kaisey worked out of the late traffic, the defense stayed composed behind her, and the final outs arrived the same way so many others had—with Fusion in complete control.
